What is the Next Big Hit?

What is the next big hit going to be?

This is often an asked question, because the world has been developing itself at a pace that no one would have ever thought it would!

Everything has been going around so fast, in specific, technology, the tech industry has shown to be powerful in every single aspect of our daily lives.

You see, life is made of ideas, yes, believe it or not, the success of today started as the idea of yesterday.

People often neglect ideas, because they may sound too simple, or too complex, or maybe even too stupid or too ridiculous to become anything at all. Thing is, it doesn’t really matter how it sounds, what matters is, is this a good idea? Is there a need that needs to be solved through this idea? Is there a gap that could easily be filled with this idea?

Just ask yourself these questions, and you might come to realise that some of the biggest hits you see nowadays were the answer to these questions in a certain context.

Before, we used to have to wash our dishes with our own two hands, nowadays there are machines that do it for us, dishwashers.

This is just a simple example to outline what I’ve been trying to say in regards to ideas.

Don’t be afraid of expressing your own thoughts, perspectives, points of views, ideas, etc… just never be afraid, don’t ever come to think that maybe it won’t be worth hearing it just because you’re a “nobody”.

I know people who used to be a “nobody” and used to have “nothing” and now they are “somebody” and they have “everything”.

I’ve seen so many great ideas been brought to life, it’s insane! So many startups that became a huge success after a few months of life.

Now, I’m not trying to imply that every idea is a good one, obviously not all ideas are good ideas, they are just ideas. But at the end of the day, only good ideas survive in this world.

And those ideas that survive and come to life, are the ones that solve real problems, where there is a real need.

So if I were you, I would look around, and take a good look, at your friends, family, relatives, your colleagues at school, work, even people you only met once in a specific event, and even people who you’ve never met, but seen quite a lot perhaps walking down the streets of your neighbourhood.

Yes, take a good look at all those people, because believe it or not, sooner or later, one day, perhaps one of them, will be bringing out to this world the next big hit.

The next big hit might just be amongst ourselves and we might have not even noticed it.
